Training for Lawyers and Other Professionals

Marie B. Nickle offers Collaborative process training to lawyers and other professionals on a regular basis.

A five-day Collaborative Training is required in order to practice in the Collaborative field and to join a practice group. The first two days of training provide an introduction to the Collaborative process. In most jurisdictions this allows for Collaborative practice to commence, with an undertaking to complete the remainder of the required training within a twelve-month period. The last three days of training are devoted to developing the required skills to effectively utilize the collaborative model.

Contact Marie Nickle's office to enquire about upcoming training schedules.

The foregoing requirements may differ depending upon collaborative area group criteria and should be checked directly with the area group.
